★★★★★

I've been Brittany's patient for about 2 years or so. In my life I've seen at least 7 therapists. Some forget all about you between visits. Some don't listen to you at all or just give advice that upsets you. Some just don't seem to do anything though are really empathetic. Brittany is awesome. She listens then restates it in a way that you can hear the issue for yourself. She's encouraging without being pushy. She's empathetic and matches your sense of humor. I actually feel like I'm making progress. I highly recommend her.

What You’ll Gain From Therapy

Your Nervous System Wasn’t Meant to Live in Survival Mode.

Together, we’ll gently retrain your body and mind to feel safe again so you can experience more calm, clarity, and connection in your daily life.

From Overwhelmed to Regulated.

If your body feels stuck in anxiety, shutdown, or constant stress, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and build lasting emotional balance.

Calm Is a Skill — Not a Personality Trait.

Through nervous system regulation and body-based therapy, we’ll help your system learn safety so you can feel more grounded, present, and in control.

Healing Begins in the Body.

When we work with your nervous system—not against it—you can move out of survival patterns and into steadiness, confidence, and peace.

"Safety is the treatment."

Common Challenges I Help With

Anxiety, Depression & Trauma

Anxiety, depression, and trauma aren’t character flaws — they’re nervous system states. We’ll gently help your body move out of chronic fight, flight, or freeze so you can experience more safety, vitality, and emotional balance.

Low Self-Worth

Low self-worth often lives in the body as tension, collapse, or hypervigilance. By regulating your nervous system, we create space for self-trust, confidence, and a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

Isolation & Disconnection

When your system doesn’t feel safe, disconnection can feel protective. Therapy helps restore a sense of internal safety so you can reconnect — with yourself first, and then with others — from a grounded and authentic place.

Anger

Anger is often a sign that your nervous system is overloaded or protecting something vulnerable. We’ll work to understand what’s underneath it and build regulation tools so you can respond with clarity instead of reactivity.

Relationship Challenges

When your nervous system is activated, connection can quickly turn into conflict, shutdown, or people-pleasing. Together we’ll slow down reactive patterns, build emotional regulation skills, and help you show up in relationships from a place of steadiness rather than survival.

Feeling Stuck in Life

Feeling stuck is often a nervous system caught between fear and shutdown. As we increase regulation and internal safety, momentum naturally begins to return — allowing you to move forward with more confidence and direction.

You can expect to experience more joy, balance, greater emotional bandwidth, and a renewed openness to life.

GOT QUESTIONS?

I've got anwers

What if I’ve never been to therapy before?

That’s completely okay. Many people start without knowing what to expect. My job is to guide you through the process, help you feel comfortable, and move at a pace that feels right for you.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. I offer secure, confidential online therapy so you can meet from the comfort of your own space — no commute, no hassle. Many clients find this just as effective as meeting in person. In-person sessions are available in Sutter Creek, CA.

Is everything we talk about confidential?

Yes. Everything you share in therapy is kept private and confidential. The only exceptions are rare situations required by law — such as if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if a child, elder, or dependent adult is being abused. I’ll always explain these limits clearly so you understand exactly how your information is protected.

How long will therapy take?

It depends on what you’re working through and what you hope to get out of therapy. Some people come for a few months to work on a specific issue, while others stay longer for deeper, ongoing work. We’ll check in regularly to make sure therapy is helping you move toward the change you want.
